A complex process fee deposit of $1500.00 per guarantor is required and is fully refundable at closing. Fees are paid directly to our processing contractors for time spent in providing a list of documentation needed for loan submissions, the generation of a lending agreement guaranteeing the most conducive terms received upon approval and any additional processing functions that may be required throughout in the interim and throughout the entire process. All requested loan documentation must be received within ten (10)days of the initial request.
Lending agreements are generated within 48 hours from the date preliminary documentation is received at average.
